weight loss

Starting two weeks ago I started my weight loss journey.I want to lose 40 pounds.I have always wanted to lose the weight but now I am determined to do so. I thought if I blogged about it and kept a log of how and what I do it will help me. Today I was looking at a lot of weight loss blogs they are so inspiring. With workout, others goals, and their progress.
I am trying to workout for 20 minuties a day 5 days a week. I always say every day but then the weekends come. The kids need here and their there are things to do and just busy weekends. I am also watching what I eat and trying to eat fewer calories. I have weighed 170 for the last 2 years with no change.My starting weight was 170 now I weigh 167. I will log in every week to update.
